Lead SAP GRC Consultant (AC)

We are looking for a Lead SAP GRC Consultant (AC) to join our team. This position provides the opportunity to collaborate closely with business and audit teams in order to reinforce system security and governance frameworks. The right candidate will bring meticulous attention to detail along with a genuine commitment to safeguarding critical business processes.

Responsibilities

• Construct and maintain PFCG roles, composite roles, and derived roles to ensure organized and secure role design
• Manage user master records and assign authorizations through SU01 and SU10 to control access efficiently
• Investigate and resolve authorization-related issues using SU53, ST01, and SU24 to support reliable troubleshooting and system performance
• Detect and address Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts to uphold risk compliance throughout business operations
• Carry out authorization updates and complete SU25 steps during system upgrades to preserve continuity and precision of access controls

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• At least one year of experience leading and managing teams
• Practical, hands-on experience in SAP Security and Authorizations
• Expert-level familiarity with transaction codes, including PFCG, SU24, SU01, SU10, and SU53
• Experience working with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or SAP Fiori authorizations
• Solid understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles and GRC methodologies
• Clear and effective communication skills for engaging with business and audit teams
• Fluency in the Serbian language
• Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
