Lead Solution Architect (3PL)

Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable Warehouse Management System solutions that support operational requirements across multiple regional sites.
Partner with customers, Operations, IT, and vendors to translate business requirements into practical functional and technical solutions.
Lead integration between WMS and key platforms including ERP, OMS, TMS, carrier systems, customer platforms, and reporting solutions.
Design and support integration with automation technologies such as WCS/WES, conveyors, sortation systems, robotics, AMRs, and other material handling solutions.
Support the full project lifecycle from solution design and testing through deployment, go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation stabilisation.
Ensure solutions meet architectural standards and requirements for scalability, security, availability, performance, business continuity, and system reliability.
Support customer solutioning and pre-sales activities while driving technology standardisation, process improvements, digital innovation, and best practices across Contract Logistics operations.
