Lead Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales to help enterprises across diverse industries, including banking, local enterprises related sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Design scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that align with business goals.
- Develop high-level architecture blueprints and detailed design documentation.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks to achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong hands-on execution skills,, with the ability to identify customers’ pain points and needs, align on success criteria, and ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, and industry best-practice standards.
- Ensure clear and transparent communication throughout the testing process, with written confirmation at each stage; establish key milestones and drive successful delivery and outcome conversion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve architectural challenges and issues.
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of existing systems
Qualifications, Skills & Experiences
- Possesses bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Have at least 5 years of working experience in pre-sales, SA related positions in banking, government sector or telco industry.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in specific industries, such as Financial Services (FSI) or the Government sector.
- Demonstrated experience in the software or SaaS industry, preferably with solutions related to AIOps / ITSM / ITOM/APM /AI Solution etc.
- Candidates with experience as architects on large projects and delivery experience on complex projects are preferred.
- Possesses professional skill in Presentation, POC.
- Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
