Lead Technical Program Manager
Lead Technical Program Manager would be responsible for the transition, delivery governance, and execution oversight of WSP Digital Products. The role would coordinate product onboarding, roadmap execution, cross-functional delivery planning, release readiness, operational readiness, and leadership reporting to ensure products move from MVP/transition state into stable, governed, and sustainable WSP-owned operations.
Product Transition & Portfolio Governance
Lead transition planning and execution for current and future digital products entering the portfolio
Create and maintain product transition roadmaps, milestone plans, dependency trackers, risk registers, and readiness checklists.
Coordinate knowledge transfer, documentation readiness, operational handover, and ownership transition from partner or vendor teams.
Establish a repeatable product onboarding approach for upcoming products in the pipeline.
Program Delivery & Execution Management
Drive cross-functional planning across product, architecture, development, QA, DevOps, data, release, and support teams.
Track delivery progress, scope, milestones, dependencies, RAID items, decisions, and action owners.
Support sprint, release, transition, and stabilization planning across multiple product workstreams.
Ensure delivery execution is aligned to product priorities, business outcomes, technical readiness, and operational constraints.
Stakeholder Management & Leadership Reporting
Act as the primary coordination point between product owners, business stakeholders, engineering leads, architects, support teams, and leadership.
Prepare concise leadership updates covering accomplishments, risks, blockers, decisions required, and upcoming milestones.
Facilitate governance forums, steering reviews, transition checkpoints, and escalation discussions.
Translate technical delivery status into clear business impact and decision-support information.
Operational Readiness & Continuous Improvement
Ensure release readiness, support readiness, documentation readiness, monitoring readiness, and product handover closure.
Support definition of product operating model, support model, escalation path, SLA/SLO expectations, and operational KPIs.
Identify delivery bottlenecks, process gaps, transition risks, and improvement opportunities across product operations.
Contribute to SOPs, governance playbooks, transition templates, and product operating standards.

Cloud / SaaS Awareness | Proficient — enterprise digital products, integrations, DevOps, QA, support models, and SaaS operating considerations
Risk & Dependency Management | Advanced — risk mitigation, assumption tracking, dependency resolution, and governance-based delivery control.
Required Experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in technical program management, delivery management, product operations, or enterprise software delivery.
Experience leading product transition, product onboarding, vendor-to-internal-team handover, or MVP-to-production stabilization programs.
Proven ability to coordinate delivery across product, architecture, engineering, DevOps, QA, data, business, and support teams.
Experience preparing senior leadership reports, steering committee updates, RAID logs, decision logs, and transition status packs.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery, DevOps ways of working, release governance, and enterprise product operating models.
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience working with enterprise SaaS, cloud-hosted products, digital platforms, or integration-heavy applications.
Experience in engineering, environmental, consulting, infrastructure, or professional-services technology domains.
Exposure to CAB, ITIL change/release governance, service transition, SOP creation, and operational readiness processes.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar delivery governance tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, Agile, or ITIL certification is preferred but not mandatory.
