Title and Summary

Lead Technology Risk Analyst

The Lead Technology Risk Analyst is responsible for leading and enhancing technology risk management practices across the organization. This role partners with technology, security, and business stakeholders to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate technology risks that may impact the organization's ability to achieve its strategic objectives.
The position serves as a subject matter expert in technology risk governance, operational resilience, risk assessments, issue management, and regulatory compliance. The Lead Technology Risk Analyst facilitates cross-functional collaboration to ensure risks are appropriately identified, documented, escalated, and remediated in accordance with enterprise risk management standards.
This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of technology risk frameworks, policies, procedures, risk assessments, and reporting, while providing effective challenge and guidance to technology teams. The individual will lead complex initiatives, analyze emerging risks and trends, drive continuous process improvements, and provide risk insights to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
