Learning Support Assistant / Shadow Support - Brain Bloom

*We are hiring on behalf of our client, a Child Skills Development Training Institute in Dubai. The institute provides educational and skills development programs for children in a supportive and professional learning environment.* Purpose: To support learners in sessions so they can access tasks, communicate, regulate and participate safely. Key duties: - Support individual learners and small groups during sessions. - Help with transitions, instructions, focus, regulation and task completion. - Record brief support observations for the lead staff member. - Maintain dignity, independence and positive relationships. - Follow safeguarding, behaviour and incident procedures. KPIs: Session safety, learner participation, instructor support, punctuality and quality of observations.

Required experience/qualifications: - Experience with children/young people - SEND experience desirable - Patience - Reliability - Strong communication
