Job description

Novus Executives are partnering with a global investor who is looking to add an experienced financial services regulatory lawyer to their legal team in the UAE. With multiple strategies, this investor focuses on a broad array of sectors. Although this position is based in the UAE, their activity extends across global markets, especially the US.

You will have the opportunity to provide regulatory support across multiple jurisdictions.

To be considered for the role you must be:

• Common law qualified
• 4-8 PQE
• Experience from a top tier US, Magic Circle, or Silver Circle law firm's financial services regulatory practice

It would be seen as beneficial to have:

• In-house experience with an investor or asset manager (including a secondment)
• FDI experience
