Lift Tester

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing Adjustment, Testing and Commissioning works on Lift and Escalators.
• Ensure all Lifts and Escalators installed are safe for public usage through stringent quality checks.
• Carry out Testing of Lift and Escalators in accordance with the Company's guidelines and to fully comply with the local building code and regulations.
• Complete all required documentations of test carried out for submission.
• Record abnormalities or defective parts for rectification or replacement works to be carried out.
• Any other duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a minimum NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Engineering or NITEC in Building Environment (Vertical Transportation) or equivalent.
• Preferably with minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience in the same industry, and/or engineering sector.
• Physically fit and able to work in a Building Construction environment.
• Required to work at height and wear all necessary safety PPE.
• Required to move and carry heavy test weights.
• Must be able to work in a team.
• Candidate must be matured, responsible and disciplined.
