Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the full day-to-day operation of a luxury safari lodge
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint
• Inspire, mentor, and manage all lodge departments and teams
• Maintain world-class service standards across the property
• Build lasting relationships with guests and ensure memorable stays
• Drive innovative guest experiences and activities
• Oversee operational planning, budgets, and lodge performance
• Support staff training, development, and team culture
• Work closely with Heads of Department to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Lodge Manager or senior hospitality leadership role
• Proven experience within a luxury five-star lodge or hotel environment
• Hospitality or Business Management qualification advantageous
• Strong operational, leadership, and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and guest engagement abilities
• Professional, well-presented, and solutions-driven
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
