Low Voltage Infrastructure Project Manager
The Low Voltage Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for managing structured cabling and low-voltage projects from project handoff through completion. This position coordinates customers, contractors, field teams, vendors, materials, schedules, budgets, and project documentation to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage low-voltage projects from sales/estimating handoff through closeout.
- Review contracts, scopes of work, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, manpower plans, and material requirements.
- Coordinate technicians, foremen, subcontractors, vendors, customers, and general contractors.
- Monitor project labor, material costs, budgets, and gross margin.
- Identify out-of-scope work and manage change orders.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and scheduling.
- Coordinate material purchasing and ensure materials are available when needed.
- Attend project meetings and provide project status updates.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, testing, punch lists, as-builts, and closeout documentation.
- Provide Accounting with accurate information for progress and final billing.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication and organization.
