M&E MANAGER

Manage and oversee all M&E works for construction and fit-out projects.

Coordinate M&E works with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and other trades.

Review M&E drawings, technical submissions and ensure works comply with project requirements.

Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality and safety of M&E works.

Coordinate testing & commissioning, inspections and project handover.

Liaise with relevant authorities and consultants on M&E-related matters.

Supervise M&E subcontractors and resolve technical/site coordination issues
