Renowned for reliability and performance in demanding applications, HamiltonJet continues to set the standard for waterjet propulsion technology.
We're looking for a motivated and curious graduate to join our Infor M3 team as an ERP Support Analyst on a 24-month fixed-term basis, helping keep our ERP system running smoothly for users right across the business.
About the Role
As a graduate ERP Support Analyst, you'll be a first point of contact for M3 users across HamiltonJet, triaging incoming issues, gathering the information needed to diagnose them, and resolving straightforward problems with guidance from senior team members.
This is a genuine entry-level development role. Over two years you'll build a solid working knowledge of M3, contribute to data quality and testing activities as your capability grows, and get structured, hands-on exposure to ERP project work — all with mentoring and senior support along the way.
Your duties will include:
Providing first-response triage on Level 1 M3 support tickets, gathering required information and resolving simple issues under guidance
Identifying issues that need senior or specialist input and escalating them appropriately
Supporting project teams delivering ongoing M3 module improvements by completing assigned tasks under direction
Carrying out data quality tasks such as auditing, cleansing and validation
Building constructive relationships with M3 users and surfacing recurring pain points and improvement ideas
Assisting the wider M3 team with system testing to enable the rollout of new processes and practices
Building your M3 knowledge through structured on-the-job learning, mentoring and self-study
About You
We're looking for someone at the start of their career who has a genuine interest in helping people, a strong willingness to learn, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
A recent bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline, ideally with exposure to ERP systems
A genuine interest in helping users and a customer-service mindset
A strong willingness to learn new systems and develop your technical capability
Good communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
A dependable, reliable approach and a positive attitude
Eligibility to work in New Zealand
It would be an advantage if you have:
Any exposure to ERP systems (Infor M3, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) through study, internships, or part-time work
Familiarity with help desk / ticketing tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts
