1. Operations & Site Management Supervise and coordinate daily operations and inspect site quality.Handle client feedback and resolve on-site operational issues promptly.

2. Team Leadership & DeploymentPlan work schedules and manage cleaner deployment.Train and coach team members on proper techniques, monitor performance, and track attendance.

3. Inventory & Safety ControlManage and reorder cleaning supplies and equipment.Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations to ensure equipment and staff safety.
