You are a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Trainer, you will play a crucial role in Miles Education in facilitating the professional development of individuals seeking to
become licensed CPAs or enhance their existing CPA skills. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and delivering comprehensive training programs, staying updated on the latest accounting standards and regulations, and guiding participants through the CPA exam preparation process as Miles Education up-skills students and professionals to help them be future-ready and enable their career progressionÍ
- Design and update training materials, curriculum, and resources that
align with the CPA exam content and relevant accounting principles.
- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and
seminars for individuals pursuing CPA certification.
- Utilize various instructional methods, including lectures, case studies,
and hands-on exercises, to enhance participants' understanding and application of accounting concepts.
- Guide participants through the CPA exam preparation process,
providing insights into exam structure, content, and effective study
strategies.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to participants, offering
guidance on challenging topics, exam-related concerns, and career
development in the accounting profession.
- Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment that
encourages participants to excel in their CPA journey.
- Provide constructive feedback to help participants address areas for improvement and reinforce their strengths.
- Collaborate with other trainers, educators, and industry professionals to
share best practices and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the
CPA training program
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Qualified
- 3+ years of work experience in MNCs and/or Big/Or Teaching
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent mentoring and coaching abilities.
