A Regional Banking client is hiring for a Manager/AVP, Structured Trade Finance & Operations to join the team.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing daily trade transactions accurately and within SLA, run pre-processing reviews and documentary checks, and keep reconciliations and reporting on track. You'll also liaise with clients on transaction status updates, resolve queries, and pitch in on process improvement projects.

The successful candidate comes with 5–7 years of relevant trade operations experience across imports and exports.Relevant knowledge in UCP, ISBP, URC, ISP, URDG will be essential for the role. You should be a self-starter with strong risk awareness, solid analytical and problem-solving skills, and the resilience to stay sharp under pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
