MANAGER-Business Development & Laboratory Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the laboratory team across Chemistry and Microbiology functions, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with SAC-SINGLAS, ISO/IEC 17025, and internal quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering consistently excellent service.
• Oversee laboratory projects, driving efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Provide management with regular, actionable insights on laboratory performance and operational effectiveness.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities for new services and market expansion.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or relevant scientific field.
• 8 years’ experience in commercial laboratory management, with expertise in Chemistry, Microbiology, or both.
• Strong knowledge of SAC-SINGLAS and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
• Knowledge of animal feed nutrition is an advantage.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team management abilities.
