Oversee a team of specialists, shape business cases, target operating models, and integration roadmaps, and partner with senior leadership across ADNOC L&S, its subsidiaries, and ADNOC Group to ensure initiatives deliver targeted synergies, performance uplift, and a unified operating model across the ADNOC L&S portfolio.

Job specific accountabilities part 1:

Strategy & execution
  • Translate ADNOC L&S' corporate strategy into a prioritised portfolio of transformation initiatives and post-acquisition integration programmes, in alignment with ADNOC Group strategic objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership across L&S, subsidiaries, and ADNOC HQ to secure sponsorship, define value targets, and sequence initiatives for maximum strategic impact.
  • Ensure each initiative has a clear line of sight to long-term business goals, synergy capture, and sustainable value creation across the L&S portfolio.
  • Lead and develop the Transformation & Integration team, allocating specialists across initiatives, setting delivery standards, coaching technical and behavioural capability, and ensuring quality and consistency of execution across the portfolio.
Stakeholder engagement & governance
  • Build and maintain the stakeholder engagement model for the Transformation & Integration function, establishing trusted relationships across L&S leadership, business unit management, subsidiary management, corporate functions (Finance, Human Capital, IT/Digital, Legal, Procurement, HSE, Strategy & Performance), and ADNOC HQ.
  • Lead the engagement of external counterparts on integration programmes, including acquired or target company leadership, financial and legal advisors, and regulators where applicable, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and value commitments.
  • Design and run the governance framework for the Transformation & Integration portfolio, including ExCo/Board-level reporting, steering committees, integration management offices (IMOs), and escalation forums, ensuring leadership has timely visibility of progress, risks, decisions, and value capture.
  • Drive a culture of structured stakeholder communication across the function, embedding clear engagement plans, decision logs, and reporting cadences as standard practice on every initiative and programme.

Job specific accountabilities part 2:

Transformation & integration planning & delivery
  • Diagnose performance gaps, integration pain points, and operating model inefficiencies across L&S and newly acquired businesses through data analysis, stakeholder interviews, end-to-end process mapping, and benchmarking against industry and ADNOC Group standards.
  • Lead quantitative analysis of operational efficiency and synergy opportunities across transformation initiatives and post-acquisition integration programmes, overseeing the identification, sizing, and validation of quantifiable performance and value targets that shape transformation and integration business cases.
  • Establish and oversee synergy and value realisation tracking across integration programmes, defining baselines, monitoring run-rate against committed targets, and reporting realised value to leadership through to programme closure.
  • Develop transformation and integration roadmaps, target operating models, and implementation plans that translate strategic intent and validated value targets into executable workstreams, and lead delivery through structured governance covering scope, milestones, budget, risks, dependencies, and benefits realisation against committed financial and operational KPIs.
  • Apply change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication practices to embed new ways of working and ensure adoption across L&S and integrated subsidiaries.
  • Scope, select, and manage external consultants and advisors supporting the Transformation & Integration portfolio, defining statements of work, governing quality and commercial value, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer back into the L&S team.

Job specific accountabilities part 3:

Innovation & industry trends
  • Monitor external trends, emerging technologies, and leading transformation and integration practices across the logistics, shipping, and energy sectors.
  • Identify opportunities to apply digital enablement, automation, and advanced analytics to accelerate transformation outcomes and integration synergy capture.
  • Build and continuously improve the Transformation & Integration function's delivery toolkit, including methodologies, playbooks, templates, and KPIs, embedding a consistent, repeatable, and scalable approach to transformation and integration across L&S.
  • Champion a forward-thinking culture within the function, piloting new tools, methodologies, and delivery approaches that strengthen L&S' transformation and integration capability over time.
