Manager, Construction and Capital Projects

The Manager, Construction and Capital Projects is responsible for construction and capital improvement projects from initial planning and budgeting through bidding, construction, commissioning, and final closeout. This position serves as the Owner’s representative and oversees procurement, construction management, safety, quality control, schedule management, financial performance, and project turnover. This Manager will manage multiple projects simultaneously across various geographic locations and must be willing to travel to construction sites to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards.
