Manager, Coverage & Channel TH
- Develop business strategies, distribution channel, screening/ sourcing product and actively response to trends in current market environment in a timely manner for fixed income (primary bond, onshore and offshore secondary bond), offshore mutual fund (or offshore unit trust), foreign currency deposit, foreign exchange products and Investment Agent Business that will contribute to the growth and profitability of assigned target.
- New Products/ New channel/ Capture business and Market Opportunities/ Process improvement to improve distribution and sales effectiveness
- Strengthen business franchise, ensure business momentum and the continuous growth of business volume and profitability by co-ordinate with internal units, initiating sales and client motivation campaign
- Work closely with internal and external business units, projects, operations and related units to ensure effectively and timely product/service offering, referrals and deal execution
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, CIMB policies & procedures, client mandates, guidelines market conventions, and the Department’s policies and procedures globally
- Develop and improve strategic marketing plans and positioning to distribution channel and clients in a timely and cost efficient manner
- Perform any other duties as and when instructed by Head
