As an experienced Manager – Digital Products & Delivery, you will lead the successful delivery and continuous evolution of a portfolio of enterprise digital products. This is a senior leadership role responsible for maximising digital product investment, driving technology transformation, and leading multidisciplinary teams delivering enterprise solutions across SAP, SaaS and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, governance and delivery of a portfolio of enterprise digital products, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of Business Analysts, Product Specialists and Technical Experts to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Develop product roadmaps, drive continuous improvement and oversee the implementation of new technologies and digital capabilities.
Build and manage strategic relationships with business stakeholders, executive leaders and external delivery partners, ensuring successful supplier performance and delivery.
Oversee product lifecycle management, financial planning, demand management, risk, governance and operational readiness to maximise business value.
Key Skills
Extensive leadership experience delivering enterprise digital products, technology transformation or large-scale application delivery in complex organisations.
Strong knowledge of SAP, SaaS platforms and enterprise application ecosystems, with the ability to develop product strategies and technology roadmaps.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior executives, business stakeholders and major technology vendors.
Excellent commercial, financial and strategic planning skills, including budget management, demand management and supplier governance.
Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities with a proven ability to drive organisational change and continuous improvement.
Experience within utilities, infrastructure or other large enterprise environments will be highly regarded.
