Manager - Graphic Designer

Job Purpose

Graphic Designer should be passionate about design and proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly
InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Premier Pro.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media requirements and formats.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and previous work.

Key Tasks

• Create visually appealing designs for various digital and print media using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, social media content, branding materials, and
  more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all
  platforms.
• Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our designs.
• Adapt designs for different platforms and formats while maintaining brand guidelines and specifications.
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs that exceed expectations.
• Design Preparation by using Canva (online design tool) and PowerPoint to create simple yet visually appealing
  graphics and presentations

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Premier Pro.

• Excellent understanding of social media requirements and formats.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
