Salary range (but not limited to):
128,300 - 156,800Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
We are seeking a Manager, Identity Platform to lead the development and operation of the platforms and processes that support identity lifecycle management across the organization.
This role is responsible for managing a cross-functional development team, setting the strategic direction for the Identity Platform, improving platform performance and reliability, and driving the modernization of identity processes and technology. The successful candidate will work closely with Security, IT, Architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient identity capabilities.
What you'll do here:
- Manage and develop the Identity Platform development team.
- Set team priorities, allocate resources, and manage delivery across projects, operational support, and continuous improvement.
- Establish team objectives, conduct performance reviews, support career development, and build a positive team culture.
- Lead the development, maintenance, and improvement of identity lifecycle platforms.
- Ensure platforms support joiner, mover, and leaver processes, provisioning, deprovisioning, authentication, authorization, and identity data management.
- Define and maintain the Identity Platform roadmap in alignment with Security and IT strategies.
- Drive modernization of identity platforms, processes, integrations, automation, and ways of working.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and increase self-service.
- Oversee platform performance, availability, reliability, scalability, security, and operational support.
- Manage incidents, risks, technical debt, vulnerabilities, dependencies, and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, supportable, and operationally ready.
- Partner with Security, IT Operations, Architecture, Applications, HR, Risk, Compliance, and business teams.
- Establish and maintain clear delivery, operational, and service-management practices.
- Use data, customer feedback, incident trends, and performance metrics to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
- Provide clear and structured reporting on:Project and roadmap progress Platform performance and availability Incidents and operational status Risks, issues, and dependencies
- Modernization and automation progress Security, compliance, and audit actions
- Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and decisions clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships and budgets where applicable.
What you bring to the table:
- Experience managing a software development, platform engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or identity team.
- Experience with identity and access management or identity lifecycle platforms.
- Experience managing development team delivery, technical priorities, and operational responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
- Experience modernizing technology platforms, processes, integrations, or operating models.
- Experience with automation, APIs, cloud technologies, or systems integration.
- Experience working with Security, IT, Architecture, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder-management, and decision-making skills.
- Experience using metrics, dashboards, and reporting to support decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement and change.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English speaking colleagues across the country.
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Ping Identity, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of identity governance, privileged access management, single sign-on, multifactor authentication, and access certification.
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, ITIL, Lean, or SRE practices.
- Relevant identity, security, cloud, Agile, or IT service management certifications.
