Manager

• Will be responsible for Urban Planning related works like GIS Based Master planning, Transit Oriented development projects, Industrial parks, Urban Mobility projects like Logistics parks, city investment strategies, etc.
  
• Other skills required include:
  
• Strong planning and design skills with a proven record of generating feasibility studies, Market research and analysis, and produce high quality reports and presentations.
  
• Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision on urban planning and urban design projects of city level or large scale public infrastructure.
  
• Excellent communication skills to conduct client presentations and willing to work on short deadlines.
  
• Should be ready to travel and stay at remote locations for site visit, project presentations, etc.
  
• Proficient in CAD, QGIS/ Arc GIS, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and presentation software like Photoshop, etc.
  
  

Requirements

Experience:

7-10 years of experience with Bachelor of Planning/Architecture and Masters in Planning (any field)
