Overview

We are looking for individuals with established experience in financial consulting, who hold a valid OCF (Organismo Consulenti Finanziari) certification and a current MiFID (Markets in Financial Instruments Directive) certification, and who are interested in a unique professional opportunity that combines entrepreneurship and stability with the right mix!

What your activities will be

Joining our branches will allow you to:

• effectively develop your portfolio
• practice your profession autonomously, supported by a solid corporate entity
• work in synergy within the branch, participating in objectives and related bonuses, sharing training and numerous moments of exchange with Area Directors and Senior Global Advisors

Who we are looking for

People who want to continue investing in their professionalism and possess:

• a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, finance, political science, or law
• a five-year diploma in economics or finance
• at least 3 years of experience in the role with a loyal portfolio
• passed exam and related registration with the OCF register to perform the role also in off-site MiFID certified and valid offerings

• You will be an employee, in the role of manager in our branches across the national territory, with a permanent vertical part-time contract (two days a week) which includes:

  • for this area, a gross annual salary of €14.260, supplemented by what is indicated below for the Agency contract

• For the remaining time, you will be a Global Advisor – Financial Advisor authorized for off-site offerings with an Agency contract (VAT number), exclusively for Intesa Sanpaolo, with the possibility of creating a portfolio of selected clients and obtaining remuneration linked to its profitability, oriented towards the satisfaction of the best professionals, receiving a guaranteed minimum for the first six months of activity and specific bonuses in case of portfolio expansion.
