Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term company goals, operational strategies, and business plans to drive sustainable growth
• Provide leadership and direction to the management team to align departmental objectives with company vision
• Oversee daily operations across departments including Project Management, Estimating, Finance, and Field Operations to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion
• Lead contract acquisition efforts by building client relationships and identifying new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Manage resource allocation effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize operational efficiency
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of senior staff to build a high-performing leadership team
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and quality control programs to maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards
