Manager Manufacturing Engineering
The Manager Manufacturing Engineering provides leadership in implementing the production plan by identifying strategies to improve production and ensuring that quality objectives are being met.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve production
- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to production personnel
- Drive productivity improvement initiatives for labor and equipment
- Develop and report out against key performance indicators
- Monitor and ensure financial targets are met
- Root Cause Corrective Action activity management
- Manage the department to ensure the efficient production of the highest-quality products at the lowest cost in meeting customer demands
- Yield Management
Experience:
- Bachelors Degree: Minimum four (4) years of experience in people management. Minimum six (6) years of experience in field. OR Masters Degree: Minimum two (2) years of experience in people management. Minimum six (6) years of experience in field.
