Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns across multiple channels, strengthening brand positioning, and supporting business growth within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and monthly marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor the marketing budget effectively.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Maintain and strengthen brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Ensure consistency of branding across advertisements, promotional materials, and communications.
• Develop marketing campaigns that generate high-quality customer inquiries and leads.
• Work closely with the Sales team to improve lead conversion and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor lead sources and evaluate campaign performance.
• Analyze marketing data and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
• Plan and manage advertising campaigns across digital, print, radio, television, outdoor media, and other suitable platforms.
• Coordinate exhibitions, promotional events, project launches, and customer engagement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing within the Real Estate or Housing Construction industry.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
• Strong expertise in strategic marketing, brand management, and lead generation.
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and market trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
