Who You Are:

  • Strong executive presence and outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

  • You are skilled at leading and developing teams and individuals through effective coaching, feedback, and support.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate resource and business data into meaningful insights and recommendations.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage competing priorities, navigate staffing conflicts, and develop solutions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to maintaining accurate and reliable resource data.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and collaborate across teams, practices, levels, and geographies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Actively manage staffing for designated practice areas by providing teams with qualified candidates for open project needs, prioritizing demand, and allocating resources in alignment with business, client, and talent strategy.

  • Assess best-fit staffing by considering professionals' skills, experience, development goals, availability, and business needs.

  • Advise practice and engagement leadership on creative staffing solutions to address project needs, capacity constraints, and competing priorities.

  • Maintain an understanding of current engagements, sales pipeline, resource availability, and future demand to proactively identify capacity constraints, skill gaps, and deployment opportunities.

  • Lead regular staffing discussions with practice leaders, bringing insights and recommendations related to utilization, capacity, available resources, open needs, and pipeline.

  • Analyze resource management data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leadership to inform hiring and workforce planning based on current and projected supply and demand.

  • Support cross-practice and global deployment needs, helping create a collaborative and consistent staffing experience across teams and geographies.

  • Maintain proficiency in resource management systems, deployment tools, and reporting capabilities, with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.

  • Lead and develop a team through ongoing coaching, feedback, and guidance, building their capabilities and supporting continued career growth.
