Job Title: Manager Retail Operation

Job Summary:

The Manager Retail Operation is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed operational targets while expanding market share in the Retail Channel. This role involves setting sales objectives, ensuring turnover and profitability targets are met, and providing key insights and daily updates to Senior Management for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve 100% of Set Targets Ensure full achievement of sales, turnover, and operational goals while driving market share growth in the Retail Channel.
   
2. Daily Sales Updates Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and key metrics for informed decision-making.
   
3. Leadership and Team Motivation Foster a strong leadership culture, promoting teamwork, enthusiasm, and loyalty among the retail sales team while upholding company values.
   
4. Sales Staff Development Recruit, train, coach, and manage retail staff to enhance operational efficiency and performance, ensuring accountability for results.
   
5. Field Visits Conduct regular and unplanned visits to retail locations to assess market conditions, customer feedback, and staff performance.
   
6. Monitor Store Operations Ensure adherence to store operation plans and standards, including visual merchandising and customer service excellence.
   
7. Sales Target Monitoring Continuously track retail sales targets and implement corrective actions to address any performance gaps.
   
8. Inventory Management Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while managing stock turnover and minimizing excess inventory.
   
9. Customer Relationship Management Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer relationships and drive customer loyalty in retail stores.
   
10. Cost-Saving Initiatives Implement cost-efficiency measures in retail operations, effectively managing resources without compromising quality or customer experience.
