Manager - Retail Shops

The Manager of Retail Shops is responsible for the overall management and operation of the resort’s retail outlets. This includes ensuring high standards of customer service, managing inventory, supervising staff, and driving sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and a keen eye for detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
• Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to a flexible schedule.
