Strategy and Analytics Manager, Second Line of Defence

Strategy and Analytics Manager to lead BA Analytics team in the second line of defence function, reviewing and challenging practices across the business, looking at risk references and governance. Connect sources of risks between acquisitions and program management and understand the compounding impacts.

Downtown Toronto (hybrid)

Must have:

• 4+ years experience in a formal leadership role.

• 8+ years of experience in strategic analysis, business analysis, management consultant, or similar position.

• Experience within the second line of defence/ risk/ governance.

• Experience in analytics using tools such as Tableau, SQL, and/ or Python.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Finance, Mathematics, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience working within banking/ financial services
