A little about this position:
- Reporting to the Director of Slope Maintenance, incumbent is responsible for any and all snow cat grooming on Mammoth Mountain.
- Oversees all operations of Slope Maintenance department including but not limited to equipment and employees.
- Coordinates maintenance of any and all machines with Garage Facility.
- Provides scheduling of all snow cat operators.
- Responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of a rigorous training program.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the SnowSat fleet management system, including the development and implementation of reporting tools.
- Manages construction projects, including the coordination of outside contractors.
- Must manage fuel, wages and repair cost within budgetary guidelines set by department head.
- Responsible for any or all other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- 3-4 years on snow cat operations experience.
- 2-3 years management experience preferred.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including day, swing, and grave shifts.
- Possession of a commercial driving license, including HAZMAT endorsements.
Pay: $80,213.49 - $84,825.66 per year
