Implement talent management and learning strategies to support MTN’s performance, leadership development and employee growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive talent identification and succession planning
- Design and implement learning programs
- Manage leadership development initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders across business units
- Monitor performance and development plans
Requirements
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Psychology or related
- 4+ years in HR / talent development
- Experience in multinational environments
- Strong stakeholder and project management
- Knowledge of HR analytics and learning systems
