Role Overview: Manager, Technical Solutions / Release Manager

Key Responsibilities:

=Engineering & QA Leadership: Directing software quality assurance (QA) and engineering teams to ensure high-quality software releases.

=Deployment Coordination: Managing the planning, scheduling, and execution of software and infrastructure releases across the enterprise.

=Technical Strategy: Implementing cutting-edge digital platforms, reducing technical debt, and managing non-production environments.

=Agile & DevOps Adoption: Utilizing Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps methodologies to enhance release velocity and reliability.

=Collaboration: Working across scrum teams and with stakeholders to align technical delivery with business strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements

=Experience: Proven experience in IT Environment and Release Management, ideally within a regulated environment.

=Technical Skills: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing.

=Tools: Familiarity with JIRA, ServiceNow, and configuration management tools.

=Leadership: Strong capability to mentor engineers, define strategies, and lead in a fast-paced environment..
