The Manager of Training and Compliance is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs and regulatory compliance initiatives across all transit modes. This role ensures that all employees adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal safety and operational standards. This leader drives a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement while supporting operational excellence across the organization.
