Manual Tester

We are looking for a Manual Tester with 2 years of experience in software testing to test web applications and AI-powered features, identify issues, and ensure product quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
  
• Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing.
  
• Test AI features for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and unexpected responses.
  
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira or similar.
  
• Test different inputs, edge cases, and user scenarios for AI applications.
  
• Perform retesting and regression testing after bug fixes.
  
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues.
  
• Maintain testing documentation and reports.
  

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in Manual Testing / QA.
  
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
  
• Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts and test case writing.
  
• Basic knowledge of API testing/Postman is preferred.
  
• Exposure to AI tools/LLMs such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude is an advantage.
  
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  
• Good communication and documentation skills.
