Manufacturing Project Manager
The Project Manufacturing Manager is responsible for leading manufacturing investment projects from concept through successful industrialization, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, cost, and timing objectives. This position drives the implementation of new production technologies, automation, plant expansions, infrastructure improvements, and manufacturing process optimization while coordinating multidisciplinary teams across local and global organizations.
The role serves as the primary interface between Manufacturing, Engineering, Production, Quality, Maintenance, ESH, Purchasing, Finance, Controlling, and Global Engineering to ensure projects are delivered according to company standards and strategic objective
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or project management.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, and Industrialization timing plan milestones
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Upper‑Intermediate English (B1) required for daily communication, documentation, and cross‑functional coordination
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Lead manufacturing CAPEX and automation projects.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and risks.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and equipment suppliers.
- Develop technical specifications and support supplier selection.
- Oversee equipment installation, commissioning, and production handover.
- Drive manufacturing process improvements and industrialization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company engineering standards.
