Requirements

Active student of Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Must have completed at least 50% of the degree program.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Interest in marketing, events, administrative processes, and vendor management.
-
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
-
Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
-
Ability to work in a team and communicate with different departments.
-
Intermediate English (desirable).
Main responsibilities
-
Support the management of purchase orders, invoices, and tracking of payments to vendors.
-
Coordinate the creation and updating of vendor information and contracts.
-
Follow up on internal requests and support tickets.
-
Support the review and publication of promotional materials in accordance with corporate policies.
-
Coordinate external agencies for the development of marketing and communication materials.
-
Support the organization and execution of corporate events.
-
Follow up on documentation required for approvals and event closure.
-
Collaborate with the Commercial, Technical, and Regulatory teams on communication and promotion projects.
