Job Description:
We are seeking a Marketing and Sponsorship Manager with extensive experience in the events, exhibitions, and conference industry in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing strategies, sponsorship development, and activation planning. Experience working with retail brands is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Identify and secure sponsorships through effective proposals and relationship management.
- Leverage barter deals and partnerships to maximize event exposure and value.
- Design and implement activation plans that align with sponsors' goals and enhance event experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing, sponsorship, and event operations.
- Manage relationships with retail brands, SMEs, and other stakeholders to drive brand partnerships and visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sponsorship within the event, exhibition, or conference industry in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record in securing sponsorships and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience in working with retail brands and understanding their event needs.
- Strong knowledge of barter deals and value-based partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
