Marketing Communications Specialist (m/f/d)

European Marketing Team located in Poing (near Munich) or in Madrid

Your Responsibilities

Key Account Partner Marketing

• Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with our European partners.
• Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as advertisements, digital brochures, newsletters, and web content.
• Participate in marketing planning and partner meetings.
• Manage budgets jointly with partners and maintain oversight.
• Analyze campaign results and share key learnings with the team.

Event Management

• Independently organize events, trade fairs, conferences, and internal gatherings across Europe.
• Lead project teams and serve as the point of contact for all involved departments.
• Manage budgets for your events.

Digital Marketing

• Bring an affinity for digital marketing and a passion for developing new ideas for our campaigns.

Your Profile

• Communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively with various stakeholders.
• Hold a degree in marketing or possess relevant professional experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry is a plus but not required.
• Work in a structured, meticulous manner and maintain an overview even when handling multiple projects.
• Possess excellent German and English language skills (spoken and written).
• Be creative, organized, and a team player.
