Manager, Digital Experience Operations
We're looking for a Marketing & Creative Operations Manager to join our Owned & Operated (O&O) team, reporting directly to the VP, Owned & Operated. This is a hands-on, business-partner role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative, data, and process. Someone who can spot what's broken on a landing page, propose the fix, get it built, and prove it worked.
You'll own the day-to-day operational engine behind our O&O properties (including BestQuotes.com): managing the creative pipeline with Dev, optimizing for conversion, A/B testing, troubleshooting performance issues across landing pages and forms, and using AI tools to get more done with less overhead.
What you'll do
- Act as a business partner to the VP, Owned & Operated, translating strategic priorities into executable operational plans
- Manage the creative queue with Dev: prioritize requests, track status, and make sure creative gets built, tested, and shipped on schedule
- Own conversion rate optimization (CRO) across landing pages, identify friction points, propose test hypotheses, and drive A/B/multivariate testing from idea to result
- Optimize landing pages, creative, and content based on performance data and user experience best practices
- Troubleshoot issues with landing pages, forms, and campaign performance, diagnose root cause and drive fixes with the right team
- Map and audit form actions/logic (routing, validation, conditional fields) to ensure a clean, reliable user experience end-to-end
- Monitor and maintain Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) across landing pages, monitoring and diagnosing regressions introduced by new tests, forms, or content changes, and ensuring page performance stays within Google's 'good' thresholds.
- Pull and interpret data in GA4 to monitor performance, surface issues proactively, and bring the team solutions
- Run marketing analysis to support decision-making: A/B Testing, performance trends, test results, funnel drop-off, and quality-of-lead signals
- Oversee Creative Queue and prioritization
- Work cross-functionally with both supply and demand teams to ensure landing pages and user experience support the best possible outcomes on both sides of the marketplace
- Use AI tools to streamline workflows, speed up analysis, and increase team output and effectiveness
- Identify and rebuild inefficient processes - documentation, task tracking, QA, reporting - to make the team run leaner and faster
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in CRO, Lead Gen, Growth Marketing, or a related digital marketing role
- Familiarity with lead generation, affiliate, or marketplace business models
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, comfortable pulling and interpreting data without hand-holding
- Hands-on CRO experience: running A/B tests, forming hypotheses, and translating results into action
- Comfortable mapping and troubleshooting form logic/actions (routing, validation, conditional flows)
- Experience managing a creative queue or working closely with development/design teams to ship work
- Strong analytical skills, you can look at a dashboard and know what question to ask next
- A proactive, ownership mindset: you look for problems before they're pointed out to you, and you show up with a proposed fix
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills; comfortable working with both supply-side and demand-side stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; you can manage multiple workstreams without dropping the ball
Nice to have
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) and basic HTML
- Exposure to paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, or work-management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Monday.com)
- Familiarity with SEO/AEO/GEO fundamentals
- Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to improve personal or team productivity
