Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting marketing activities, generating leads, promoting company services, managing online platforms, and assisting in the implementation of marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Generate new leads through online and offline marketing channels.
- Manage and promote company social media accounts and online platforms.
- Create and coordinate marketing content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors and industry trends.
- Communicate with potential customers and respond to marketing inquiries.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion and business growth.
- Track marketing campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and brand promotion.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, customers, and business partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and online advertising.
- Ability to generate and follow up on leads.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
- Creative, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
