Marketing Executive / Senior Executive (Manufacturing)
Job Summary

Role: Take ownership of both lead generation and marketing activities by developing targeted campaigns and sales enablement initiatives. Leverage business platforms such as Microsoft, SAP, and Keyence software to plan, execute, and optimise marketing strategies.
Objective: Generate high-quality leads and implement data-driven marketing initiatives that support targeted sales activities, guided by market insights, customer needs, and business priorities.
Marketing Scope: Lead end-to-end B2B marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, lead generation, sales enablement, and promotional activities. Collaborate with and guide the marketing team to deliver measurable business outcomes while continuously improving marketing effectiveness.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Power Automate will be an advantage.
Candidates should be available to attend both virtual and in-person interviews as part of the recruitment process.
Candidates based outside Singapore should be willing to relocate or commute to Singapore if required for the role.
