Marketing Intern

Role overview

You will work directly with the marketing manager to execute fast-moving campaigns across digital, content, and on-ground initiatives. Metabolic.Health operates in the healthcare and GLP-1 space, where trends shift fast and campaigns need to keep pace. This role sits at the center of our marketing engine. You will move between social content, shoots, creator collaborations, email, and offline execution in the same week, and turn strategy into real assets, from a reel shot on-site to a WhatsApp message that reaches patients directly. You will learn how a healthcare marketing team runs by being part of real campaigns and real decisions from day one.

What you'll do

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social, email, and events
  • Shoot and edit content at clinics, events, and on-site activations, including short-form video and stills for Instagram and TikTok
  • Coordinate with designers, doctors, and content teams to get assets out fast
  • Draft basic content, including captions, emailers, and WhatsApp messages
  • Manage the social calendar, covering scheduling, captions, community management, and DMs
  • Help run creator and influencer activity, from briefs and product sends to tracking deliverables
  • Provide on-site support at events, including live capture and posting
  • Track campaign performance and pull simple reports
  • Research trends in healthcare, wellness, and the GLP-1 space
  • Keep the content library organized so nothing gets lost

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Highly organized, replies to messages and hits deadlines
  • Quick to learn and faster to execute
  • Lives on social media and knows what's working right now and why
  • Comfortable shooting and editing content on a phone without a crew
  • Comfortable on set, and on camera when needed
  • Genuine interest in healthcare, wellness, or longevity
  • Native in CapCut, Canva, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Comfortable with basic analytics and Google Sheets
  • Prior internship experience in marketing or content, or familiarity with Premiere or Lightroom, is a plus

Requirements

  • Minimum age 18, currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a bachelor's program in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field
  • Working hours: Full-time, up to 8 hours a day and 48 hours a week, in line with UAE labor law and MOHRE internship guidelines
  • Duration: 3 to 6 months, aligned with your academic internship requirements
