Marketing Intern
What you will do
Singapore events and activations (core)
• Support end-to-end delivery of our physical events in Singapore, from planning through to post-event wrap-up
• Liaise directly with partners, event agencies, and local vendors on requirements, timelines, and deliverables
• Handle pre-event preparation: venue and logistics coordination, materials, collateral, attendee lists
• Be on site on event days for setup, registration, running order, and troubleshooting
• Manage post-event administration: teardown coordination, materials reconciliation, vendor follow-up, and reporting inputs
Vendor and event administration
• Support invoicing and vendor administration tied to events and campaigns
• Maintain event trackers, checklists, and records so nothing slips between stages
Marketing materials and coordination
• Write copy for event promotion, campaign materials, and digital channels
• Brief and liaise with our design team on event flyers, landing pages, and marketing collateral, seeing assets through from request to final delivery
• Proofread and quality-check materials before they go live
• Pitch in on ad-hoc marketing tasks as they come up, which is the nature of a small local team
What we are looking for
• Able to commit to a full 6 months
• Available to work occasional evenings, in line with event dates
• Genuine interest in marketing and a willingness to learn quickly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable dealing with partners, vendors, and internal teams
• Highly organised, with a good instinct for logistics and keeping many moving parts on track
• Reliable and composed under time pressure, particularly on event days
Good to have
• Ability to speak Mandarin, useful when working with regional colleagues and partners, though not compulsory
• Interest in finance, investing, or trading
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and keeping things tidy and well organised
