Your Role

Join us as Manager Application Management to grow Infineon’s Industrial and Medical SMPS

Key responsibilities in your new role

‒Drive Design-win and Revenue growth in the industrial power segments, including lighting, medical power, etc.

‒Collect and analyze market feedback, align with HQ on China market dynamics, define Infineon offering to address customer needs

‒Explore new emerging applications and develop new focus customers
‒Define pricing strategy for Greater China to maximize profit margins
‒Lead new product definition and proposals, specifically tailored to China market requirements
‒Deliver technical training on products and applications to customers and distributors

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• BSEE or MSEE in power electronics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of working experience in product development, FAE, technical sales or marketing within power conversion, motor control or related fields
• System level experience or knowledge in power conversion or motor drives is preferred
• Business fluent English and native Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, accountable, creative problem solver, and strong team player
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required
