Job Scope

Develop Marketing Communications Plans
Develop and coordinate marketing communications plans aligned with business priorities, product strategies and launch schedules.
Manage Marketing Content and Materials
Lead the development of product brochures, catalogues, packaging, sales presentations, campaign materials, point-of-sale materials and other marketing communications for the assigned product portfolio.
Support Product Launches and Campaigns
Develop communication concepts, launch toolkits and campaign materials to support new product introductions and marketing initiatives. Ensure materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Manage Customer Online Portal
Manage the content, structure and ongoing maintenance of the regional online portal for customers.
Coordinate product information, marketing materials, technical documents and customer resources with relevant stakeholders, while improving content accessibility, accuracy and portal usage.
Manage Stakeholders, Agencies and Projects
Collaborate with product management, sales teams, local marketing teams and global teams in Germany to develop marketing materials. Manage agencies, suppliers, project timelines and budgets where required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in marketing communications, product marketing, content development, brand management or sales enablement.
Experience developing product communications, packaging, brochures, campaign materials, presentations and other sales-support tools, with a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with regional and global teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good copywriting, visual-briefing, organisational and attention-to-detail capabilities.
