Marketing Sales Executive (Construction)
Job Description:
- Responsible for business development of new customer base
- Foster strong business relationships with existing customer and ensure consistent business follow ups
- Preparing of costing & quotation to customers
- Meeting of sales targets
- Monitor and follow-up long overdue payments
- Constantly reviewing sales performance
- Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance
- Responsible for arrangement of job site visits
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years experience in Sales
- Diploma or equalvent qualification
- Meticulous and independent, able to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to interact with people at all levels
- Presentable, confident, self-driven & goal-oriented
