Marketing Specialist

Position: Marketing Specialist
Location: Onsite - Fort Lauderdale, ​Florida

THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the North America Marketing team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day marketing operations, coordinating campaign execution, tracking budgets, supporting field and channel marketing initiatives, and ensuring marketing programs are executed efficiently.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role will work closely with the Field and Channel Marketing Managers (FCMMs), the VP of Marketing for North America, Sales, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to support the successful execution of marketing programs and events.

Responsibilities


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Marketing Operations, Field Marketing, Marketing Coordination, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (such as Microsoft Dynamics) and marketing automation tools (such as Act-On).
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, field marketing programs, and events.
  • Experience with budget tracking, invoice processing, and MDF administration.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills for marketing campaigns and promotional content.
  • Experience managing website content using WordPress or a similar CMS is a plus.
  • Experience creating marketing performance reports and dashboards is preferred.
  • Experience working in B2B technology, SaaS, or channel marketing environments is preferred.

  • Coordinate marketing project timelines and ensure deliverables stay on schedule.
  • Manage lead administration within the marketing automation platform and CRM.
  • Track and report on campaign, webinar, and event performance.
  • Maintain the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) target account list.
  • Write and edit copy for campaigns, webinars, emails, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate event marketing logistics, including shipping, inventory, and return of marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Channel, Finance, Design, and other cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Support field marketing events, partner programs, and additional marketing projects as needed.
