Position Overview
Marketing Wavers are the frontline attention-grabbers for Diamond Eagle Taxes! This role is perfect for someone who loves being outdoors, interacting with the public, and creating excitement for our brand. Your main role will be to hold promotional signage, wave to passing cars, and help draw attention to our services.
All Marketing Wavers are required to wear the Diamond Eagle mascot costume during scheduled shifts to maximize visibility and enhance the promotional impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Wear the Diamond Eagle mascot costume for the full duration of scheduled shifts.
- Stand outside designated office locations holding promotional signs.
- Wave, smile, dance, and engage positively with passing vehicles and pedestrians.
- Help increase foot traffic and local brand visibility.
- Represent Diamond Eagle Taxes in a professional, friendly, and energetic manner.
- Maintain a clean, neat appearance and keep the mascot costume in good condition.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Arrive on time and complete assigned shift hours.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to wear and move comfortably in a full mascot costume for extended periods.
- Ability to stand, walk, and wave for long periods.
- Reliable transportation to assigned location.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Must represent Diamond Eagle Taxes professionally at all times.
